DELIVERY AREA
At this time delivery is offered from east to west in between Jane St. and the DVP. and from north to south from Steeles Ave. to the lake.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
- Please check the Delivery Area map to be sure that you are eligible for delivery in Toronto. If you are not sure or have any questions please email Jules at info.bigrawenergy@gmail.com to confirm.
- Delivery to your door in Toronto within 2 -3 days of ordering.
- You will get a text or email the morning of your delivery with a delivery window. Delivery is to your door so we will knock or ring the doorbell upon arrival.
- Please let us know if you have any drop off preferences in the "Special Instructions" section in the cart and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Please be home to receive your frozen food order or place a cooler outside large enough to contain your frozen food order if you will not be home. We are not responsible for products left unattended once delivered.
- Raw pet food must remain frozen until ready for use.
CONDOS + APARTMENTS
- Deliveries will arrive at your door unless otherwise noted.
- Please provide your access code for entry in the "special instructions" section in the cart.
- Deliveries can be left with concierge or in the lobby if you prefer. It is recommended to leave a cooler with concierge or in the lobby large enough to contain your frozen food order if you will not be available to pick it up shortly after it is dropped off.
- We are not responsible for products left unattended once delivered.
- Raw pet food must remain frozen until ready for use.

What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is $10 for orders below $99. Delivery is free for orders above $99
When will I get my order?
Orders will arrive within 2 - 3 days unless otherwise noted. If an item is sold out an needs to be restocked then that item may take longer. If this should happen you will be notified beforehand.
Do you deliver outside of Toronto?
At this time the delivery zone is as pictured in the map above. If you are located within Toronto but out of the delivery zone and would like to order, please reach out by email at info.bigrawenergy@gmail.com first to discuss.
Do you deliver to my door, even in a high-rise condo?
Yes, we deliver to your unit number with a knock on the door even if your on the 30th floor! If you'd rather we leave your order with the front desk or in the lobby that is also an option. See the the "Condos + Apartments" section above.
What if I am not home to receive my frozen food order?
Your order can be dropped off in front of your door but it is recommended to leave out a cooler to receive it.
